what is animal based?
A way of eating that consists of mostly animal products with a few plants added in the form of fruit and honey. The majority of your foods are meat and organs, dairy (raw dairy is preferred), eggs, sweet fruit, non-sweet fruit such as squash and avocado, and raw honey.
Animal Based eliminates processed sugar, grains, legumes, seeds, seed oils, vegetables and nuts.
Many people have reversed disease, lost weight, gained muscle and increased their wellbeing by switching to an Animal Based diet. For some people the Carnivore diet is too restrictive or not conducive for athletic performance and they feel better adding in some non-toxic carbohydrates in the form of fruit and honey.
An Animal Based diet closely resembles how our ancestors ate and thrived.

My name is Mindi, health enthusiast for 20+ years. I have experimented with numerous diets, from vegan to carnivore and everything in-between! Animal Based is the best fit for my active lifestyle and I believe it is the optimal diet for most humans. I am a NASM certified Physique & Bodybuilding Coach and 3 year NPC physique competitor.
