Is this a group community or will I receive one-on-one support?
I will personally work with you one-on-one to help you achieve your goals! Some other "coaches" out there sell you a custom program but only provide access to a Facebook group or monthly group chat with no direct guidance given from their coach. When you sign up with Animal Based Coach you will have a custom fitness and diet plan written just for you and your goals. You will have weekly check-ins via email and I will provide my direct feedback, answer any questions you have and give any changes needed to your plan to keep your progress on track. This is personalized, one-on-one coaching!
Do i have to eat an animal based diet to work with you?
No. You can choose to eat how you wish. Since I will give you macros to follow you are free to choose the foods you want to eat to fulfill your daily macro goals. However most of my clients are animal-based which makes it easier to discuss food options and meal ideas to help you reach your goals.
will i be required to purchase a package deal?
No. You are not obligated to purchase a package deal or commit to a lengthy time frame. After an initial consultation we will work together on a weekly basis. You are free to cancel the services any time you choose.
Do you provide meal plans?
No. I will give you macro goals to hit daily. If you don't know how to track or measure your macros I can help you with that. You will have a protein, carbohydrate and fat daily macro goal and you can choose which foods to eat to hit those goals. I can provide meal ideas that will help you meet your goals.
will I need to exercise?
It depends on your current physique and your goals. If you want to build muscle you will need to do resistance training. If you want to lose body fat you may or may not need to do cardio exercise. I do recommend having access to a commercial gym or a home gym and a willingness to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
how long until i see progress?
For changing your physique, whether building muscle or losing fat, most people notice changes within 4-6 weeks. The longer we work together the more progress you will see. Significant changes can happen within 3 months.
